All our jewellery is gift wrapped using eco-friendly packaging.

Payment

Your payment will be processed using PayPal, a secure online payment system. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay with a credit card. We reserve the right to make changes to the content and to the prices if necessary, without giving prior notice.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually anywhere in the world. All our jewellery is handmade in our studio, so some designs can take up to 2 weeks to make and dispatch.
We use Royal Mail Recorded (Signed for) to deliver parcels within the UK, delivery aim is 1 day and Airmail to deliver products internationally, delivery aim 5 days. Postage is calculated on weight and will appear in your shopping cart, prior to checkout. Orders shipped outside of UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs processing fees. Payment of these charges are the customers responsibility. We do not accept responsibility for any delays in the postal service.
NOTE: If you would like other shipping arrangements (i.e internatinally tracked & signed for service) or to ship to a different address than listed on your PayPal account, please contact us before purchasing.

Refunds and Exchanges

We warrant that any product leaving our studio will be free of defects in material and workmanship, effective for a period of 30 days from your invoice receipt date. If any defects in materials or workmanship in our jewellery is identified and notified within the 30 day period, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the product. If we take the product back then we will fully refund your money. We do not accept any liability beyond this and do not accept any liability for consequential loss. Please note that all warranty claims and goods returned must be accompanied by a valid invoice/receipt. For reasons of hygiene, earrings are non-returnable.

Additional Policies

All our jewellery is handcrafted from unique materials, so variations will occur. When using semi-precious stones, glass and natural materials such as vegetable ivory, shell, wood and bone, it is impossible to match colours exactly. Every effort is made to represent items accurately on our website but please allow for some variation in the shape, size and colour of each piece. We cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser, software or computer system used by you, the customer. All sizes are approximate.
